Plastic surgery trends take a surprising turn, as doctors see more patients 'sizing down'

Good to know. Natural is better.

I see people check into the hotel, and I don't want to stare... but they look so fake it is almost cartoonish. Add the fake eyelashes, fake hair, crazy pointed long acrylic nails... you wonder what they looked like before all the fakery of butt lifts, lip fillers, cheek implants, eye lifts, boob implants, nose job, earlift/reduction.

One was too over the top... her two kids were not very attractive, leading me to think, you can cut and paste, but it does not change your DNA and family looks. You gave your kids the same looks you despised in yourself... wonder if it hurts to look at your kid.

While I don't dislike big boobs, I never cared for the enormous ones. Probably more trouble than they are worth, and gravity eventually takes it's toll. I prefer quality over quantity, I'll just leave it at that. And keep things in proportion. I tend to prefer women who are tall and slender over curvy, and 48" Z cups just don't go with that.

As for the poofy lips, skin stretched tight like a balloon, etc; I never thought it was attractive.

Nails can be pretty, but keep it in reason. I prefer pretty and dainty over huge claws.
