Yep, and I suspect the shooter will be charged. As a general rule, just being in someone's driveway is not justification to shoot them.

Yep, and I suspect the shooter will be charged. As a general rule, just being in someone's driveway is not justification to shoot them.

And rightfully so. Owning a weapon is a right, but also an obligation to only use it properly.
