I don't think they realize how many people do not use paperless billing and even pay a different way. They should give a moratorium for people and not charge late fees or disconnects during this time.

Two freaking weeks? What's the change, ship it to Canada on the way to the water office?

BS. They want to make the card payments free of charge and I'll consider it. Right now its' a $2.45 charge because they can't get their mail on time.

I am NOT giving a govt agency direct access to my bank account (Direct Draft is FREE!)

Is the USPS so screwed up they can't process an address change for 2 weeks? I wish the water dept would quit moving. They have been in what, 5 or 6 different locations in the last 24 years?
