Well crap. Hope you feel better soon. Grab some Aleve.Tonight - suffer with back/hip/leg pain at home
Saturday - suffer with back/hip/leg pain at home
Sunday - go to church to help with the live stream, then come home and suffer with back/hip/leg pain.
I don't know what I've done to my back/hip, but whatever it is sucks. Something is pinched somewhere. If I'm lucky, I get 3 hours sleep before everything locks up and I'm up walking around for 2 hours to loosen it again and try to go back to sleep.
This virus picked a crappy time to come visit.
I've got so much I'd love to be doing around here and can barely move.
Sounds like Sciatica, have you a history of slipped discs? If so, you can not sleep on your side, only flat on your back. you might get better sleep in a recliner where your spine stays straight. Sometimes I lie on the floor and pull my knees up to my chest until I tire of that, then put a kitchen chair close enough to the back of your legs to rest your calves on the chair seat. I have found that electro massage at the chiropractor works wonders. Outside of that, take lots of Ibuprofen and drink plenty of liquids.Tonight - suffer with back/hip/leg pain at home
