To avoid the election day mess. We're probably looking at record turnout this time.So here's my question: Why do people early vote?
Not that I'm against it, I'm not. I'm actually for any legal and secure method of voting but I'm just curious why people would early vote instead of going on the traditional election day? For example, I know GD's daughter is expecting a new baby arrival so that makes perfect sense for her to early vote.
Go....
I actually think early voting is not a good thing. It lets people vote before all the debates are done and the campaigns are over.
This is a new development
The Dianne Write Innovation center, formerly the old PB Ritch School, will open tomorrow for early voting.
I pray for the people who will have to endure your farts.I prefer to vote in person and early vote to avoid the longer lines on Election Day. That is all.
Now that IS voter suppression.I pray for the people who will have to endure your farts.
No candidates were listed for Coosa River soil and water conservation supervisor.....what the heck is that? I wrote in my own name, but honestly have no idea why no one ran for that position or even what that position does.
Paulding | Coosa River | Douglas | Sowar | (a) | |
Paulding | Coosa River | Nora | Goodman. | (e) |
It being an unpaid position explains why nobody is running for it.Dunno what they do, but there are two of them. One appointed and one elected.
Paulding Coosa River Douglas Sowar (a) Paulding Coosa River Nora Goodman. (e)
Ok, found this from Floyd county:
Notice is hereby given that on November 6, 2018, a non-partisan election will be held to elect 1 supervisor(s) for Floyd County in the Coosa River Soil and Water Conservation District. District Supervisors serve as unpaid state officials who represent their counties in support of soil and water conservation activities.
Well, Rhett has one vote, so he may win.It being an unpaid position explains why nobody is running for it.
