A Hwy Karaoke Get Together

Since I arrive in Atlanta on April 6; how about we meet the night of hte 7th for a karaoke get together at that place we were at before on 61? Who can make it?
 
I don't see anything keeping me from it at this point. I'll be sure to do a Neil Sedaka or Neil Diamond song since everyone is SO in love with those guys ;D
 
Easter is that Sunday and most of Paulding County will be on Spring Break. I just wanted to put that out there so you will know that if many can not attend it is not you! :))
 
Understood diva; however, the following Saturday is the night before I have to fly back to Afghanistan and I'm sure my gf would rather I spend it with her alone. BTW, those who show up will be able to meet her.

I don't think BBG will get up there and sing. We may just be a trio. We could do something that requires harmony. How about something by America?

You can do "Cracklin Rose" and any other Neil Diamond song. I know the hwy ladies will love it. I think I'll do some Ricky Nelson.
 
I will put it down....if I work all day not sure I will make it but I will try.

GD and I had talked about putting together a karaoke night using his stereo equipment somewhere for everyone to attend. I know of a place in Powder Springs we could do it at..but not sure how people feel about smokey bars. It's plenty big enough for all of us to gather in and enjoy. For those who drink beer they are very cheap. There is never a big crowd there and we would pretty much have run of the place. If there is going to be alot of people coming, it might be something to think about as the restaurant we went to last time is small and cramped.

Just something for everyone to think about. Let me know if this is an avenue we want to pursue and I will get it set up.
 
The size of the restaurant is a good point RNG. But, does GD have the karaoke gear to go with his stereo equipment?

Just limited on disks is all. Maybe Mark wants to join in.

But I have a kick butt sound system!

I have about 140 disks that you are welcome too. I also have them in a book, numbered and notebooks listing by author and song. Just for use by thongmasters!
