This full-time position provides oversight to the Court and support to the Chief Judge by presiding over cases and assisting in the administration of the Court.
*NOTE: This position is a Non-Civil Service position, serving at the pleasure of the Chief Juvenile Court Judge. The employment relationship is “at-will”, meaning that either the employee or Paulding County may terminate employment at any time, and for any or no reason, or there is no contractual agreement as to employment duration.

- Current resident of Paulding County.
- Citizen of the state of Georgia for three years. O.C.G.A. §15-11-51.
- Attained 30 years of age. O.C.G.A. §15-11-51.
- Member of the State Bar of Georgia and has practiced law for five years. O.C.G.A. §15-11-51.
- Experience in courtroom advocacy.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and legal research skills.
- Experience in Georgia Juvenile Law.
