Attachment / Avatar issues

There are apparently some issues with avatars and attachments on the new host. Some are seeing them while others are not. I will look into this tomorrow.

If my limited understanding of these things is correct, you see your avatar only because it's still in your cache. But it's not really there. Clear your cookies and cache and I think the ghost will go away.

Which means you'll have to reload your avatar.

OK it appears that only attachments that were on posts since before the move are not working. Anything new that is attached or uploaded is working. Not a huge deal, but annoying.
