Good luck Braves 2021. This squad is loaded with talent. If the starting rotation and bullpen can keep them in the game they will be a force to reckon with. Combination of speed and power they are a very strong offense on paper, maybe as good as anyone in MLB. Defensively solid at all positions.

These big media companies own too many small cable channels. They wind up burying shows and games where people can't see them in order to try and leverage cable and streamers into buying them. We are the losers. One of the reasons I just gave up on Nascar is that I can only watch a handful of races every season. I'm not buying more crap I'll never watch just to watch one channel on Sunday.

I've said all along that they idea is to get us to buy both their online service *and* keep cable so those channel revenues keep coming in. Hallmark has some shows on cable exclusive, some on their online service. Same with CBS and the others.

Nope. I'll watch what's on cable, or go outside and play. Not playing that game.

Did not see the game but Braves lost the opener 3-2 in 10 innings. Anyone who watch was our starter shaky? I see the Phillies scored 2 early and had a lot of base runners.

Yeah, I'm pretty much at that point too. I was going to figure out a way to watch the Braves this year but now I've pretty much abandoned that idea.

I do wish they would win a game though...

I've been having some fun with the "who" comments, but in all seriousness, the MLB has shown their true colors over the Georgia election law issue and I have zero use for them.

I was done with pro sports long ago for many reasons. Now, I wouldn't give them the time of day for any reason. They do not deserve any decent person's respect or time to watch.

I've been a Braves fan since about 73. I hate it for them, but the owners have spoken. They don't want me patronizing their businesses. I may see the recap on the news, but I won't be watching the games on tv or going to them.
