We do a lot of work for them; they are such a class act and a pleasure to work with. I was at their corporate offices last week and took some pics of just a few of Truett's cars in the lobby, and the waterfall you pass coming in.

I think the newest Ford addition is pretty cool because of the history between Truett and the source of the car.

We really don't do drive thru food much but if we do we love to go to chick fil a. I love to support their business b/c of their Christian values and they close on Sunday. :thumbsup

Can I borrow the blue one?

I like 'em too. Although, I stopped getting the chicken biscuit because it got harder and harder to find the chicken part.

Love the pink lemonade I used to get at the one near Southlake.

Yep one of those evil rich corporations! LOL Chick-fil-A really is a class act. Very family oriented and they give a lot back to the community. We need more like them. :)

Truett Cathey is a fine, fine man. His work with troubled kids alone is worth more than his business acumen.

I remember in the run-up to the Olympics, everybody said oh Chick-fil-A will stay open, but they said no we'll still close on Sunday because it's our conviction that employees need time for church and family. Everybody said oh, they are gonna lose so much money...they might even go under! CFA came out smelling like a rose. I love that man.

UM, what's the story behind the Ford?

His very first location was the Dwarf House across the street from the Ford plant in Hapeville. God only knows how many Ford workers were regular customers over the years. Truett got the very last vehicle to roll off the line at Hapeville.

...As a young entrepreneur, Cathy opened the Dwarf Grill, a tiny diner, about the same time that Ford Motor Co.’s Hapeville Assembly Plant was being built nearby. When the plant closed in 2006, Cathy bought the last Ford Taurus that came off the line...

Oh, cute! I knew where the Dwarf House was, but didn't know about the last Ford. Thanks!

My nephew just graduated from "chicken school" and got his own store in Boston. My sister almost had a cow. I know CFA paid for part of his college. He speaks very highly of the company.

I do not like fast food, even chick fil a, but I do LOVE their diet lemonade and their business practices! If I had to stop somewhere and get something I do not mind my dollars being spent there.
