310,000 nationwide and 20,900 Georgia Obamacare enrollees have citizenship issues.. Georgia is third in the nation.

Will Obama make sure that those non-citizens do not receive a dime of taxpayer money like the law demands, or will he just use his phone and his pen to grant them free medical care?
