I really am surprised after installing a new a/c system and just posting the other day..... I really hope it is not more than the overhead.

I am assuming a lease on a store front off the main non travelled area, much less having to install a new a/c system hits well into overhead.

Why, yes, I would think it does. My question to that would be why would you spend all that money on an a/c unit and within a few weeks close up shop? It does not make sense. :dunno
but
Let me ask this, does a business owner that leases a space pay for an a/c unit? It is a rental, so would the landlord be responsible? If not, when you leave the rental, you have just left thousands of dollars there and the space is more desirable for another renter, making the landlord able to charge more for the upgraded space.
Thanks for answering! I was hoping that was the case after thinking about it.Guard Dad said:ShoeDiva said:atlantdav said:ShoeDiva said:Madea said:LisaC said:Madea said:They have closed. I know he was negotiating with the landlord, and I think that's who ended up paying for it.
