Dusty Hill, the bassist for ZZ Top, died in his sleep at his home in Houston, Texas, according to Billy Gibbons and Frank Beard of the Texas-based trio.

Oh man that sucks. One of the very first rock albums I was turned on to in the early 70's was "Tres Hombres". I still have it on my playlist all these years later. These guys make a lot of sound for a three piece band. I saw them live once around '83 at the FOX. RIP Dusty.
