These globalist greenies have lost their minds. They don't want anyone to have the ability to drive a car... they want us all on buses, bikes and trains.

I hope that we, as a civilization, wake up and realize that the plan for our demise is being set by the World Economic Forum and the Klause Schwab and George Soros of the world... this will not end well for average citizens of the world.:

"This deal is good news for car drivers... new zero-emission cars will become cheaper, making them more affordable and more accessible to everyone," Huitema said.

Additionally, by 2030, carmakers must achieve a 55% cut in CO2 emissions from 2021 levels. The automobile industry was previously operating off of a target of a 37.5% cut in emissions by 2030.

There are two charging stations by Freedom park here in Cleveland. I checked them out to see how much it would cost to charge a car. They don't say. You have to have some kind of EV card for the charger to scan.

I was waiting for this to become an issue.

People who use powertools have found that lithium ion batteries lose a lot of their power when cold. I've read on the HVAC sites that techs often have to put their batteries on the charger prior to using them outside to warm them.

While you can do the same with EVs, it does use some power to warm the batteries, and that works against the efficiency aspect of them.

I'm gonna say it again...we still need a better battery.

My son is an electrician in Idaho. He actually puts his under an electric lap blanket that he has plugged in to a power source in his truck.
