Free! Bluegrass music every 3rd Thursday

Pursuit Driver
At the American Legion on Florence Rd in Powder Springs. It's free to go listen, and the groups that play are really good! Just thought I'd share for those that love good bluegrass, like me. :woohoo
 
:sick I can honestly say I loathe Bluegrass. That music you either kill someone while listening or it is played while you are being killed.

I do believe that is the only type of music I can not stand. (I do not like country, but I do not hate it with such a passion)

I do hope someone can enjoy a free night out though.

I adore bluegrass music! Loved it as long as I can remember. In fact, I used to take banjo lessons. I can still pick a little bit, but not very well anymore. The only reason I don't play now is because I like having long nails. :D

I knew you played and that is very cool. I am not musically inclined. I actually do not think I ever heard bluegrass until moving here, because I do remember asking what the heck it was. :))
 
I grew up on Blue Grass, my daddy even clogged!! It's not my favorite but I do enjoy it from time to time. Those banjos are fun!! ;D

It's a fun instrument to play. My sister clogs. She competes in clogging, ballroom dancing & Western swing.

I love bluegrass. I grew up on it. It brings sweet memories. My Dad and BIL still get together and play. Deewee, you'll have to join us sometime! I'd love that!

Alas, my Thursday nights are usually booked. I expect so until at least Thanksgiving.
