My question was did he stumble and fall when the coast guard officer (who was by that time in command of the situation) ordered him to get back on the ship? He abjectly refused. What a dip. I've read that the reason the evacuation went as well as it did was because an off-duty captain of a sister ship was aboard heading to his home up the coast, and when Capt. Nimrod here didn't do his duty, he stepped in and took charge.
