Pandas really are the goofiest animals, esp. when they are young, although Yang Yang at the Atlanta Zoo really keeps the keepers hopping. He is hilarious. And he knows when a keeper is new, and tries to trick them into letting him do things and eat things that are normally forbidden. I watched Tai Shan, a panda born at the National Zoo several years ago, on web cam when he was young, and he was a RIOT. He was FOREVER climbing up trees and falling out, and just generally acting like a little idiot.
