High Wind has knocked my power out, but it's back on now....

It's been out and then back on, and then out again and on again....about 5 times since 5:30 am...
It's VERY windy here, but surprisingly, it's not too cold outside. Power is back on.

Hopefully ours stays on. We have a friend who is home recovering from covid but who has to use the "breathing machine (reconditioner?). They only have one small oxygen tank as a backup and it only lasts about two hours so they asked if they could use our house as an alternate backup site in the event they lose power at their house for an extended amount of time. I never had a reason to thing about having such a backup plan before covid...just wait a few days until things clear up and get back to normal.

Got out friday and checked oil etc on generator charged the battery and ran for 15 minutes. Got enough
wood on porch for several days and got stove going. We're ready. Time to take a nap.

Our power went on and off all night. Didn't get much sleep, but thankfully didn't stay off long.

Ours was off and on all night as well,,, I didn't know until my wife informed me!

Ours went out once for a second, but lights flickered several times throughout the night. A lot of people here in White County are without power, but we have ours. Ours will usually go out in storms like these.
