Ice Cream

Yes it is 9:00am in the morning and sort of cool outside, but I am thinking of the promised sun and warm temps and ice cream popped in my head. :)
So what kind of ice cream do you like;
Individual bars? Ice Cream Sandwich
Pints/Quarts at the grocery store? Vanilla Bean (with granola on top, yum)
Restaurant ice cream? Coldstones vanilla so I can mix in fruits and nuts. :)

I don't do a whole lot of ice cream. If I have my choice for a basic favorite stand by blah, blah, etc. it would have to be vanilla ice cream with ...

Individual bars? Skinny Cow mint!!
Pints/Quarts at the grocery store? Publix premium low-fat, variety of flavors works!
Restaurant ice cream? Brusters for the win!

Love Brusters white rasberry truffle. Probably my all time favorite. They don't always have it. And, they aren't up here in Nashville.

I tend to like chocolate chunks, and nuts, and something jam/caramel swirled in.

Ice cream is my Krytonite. I could eat it all day every day. Mostly, I just love a good vanilla, but lots of flavors are good.

It had a lot to do with my previous fat self, I'd eat ice cream every night. And I mean a Jethro bowl full!

I still allow myself the pleasure once a week or so.

My favorite ice cream is Mackinac Island Fudge. Unfortunately, you can't buy it in GA.

I have visited there. We went to Kilwins when we went and they now have one here in Atlantic Station. The best stuff!

Restaurant ice cream? Really don't buy ice cream out. I always think it's too expensive. ::)

Mackinaw Island is such a cool place to visit. For those of you who don't know, it's in Michigan and no automobiles are allowed on it. You get there by ferry. It has quite a few attractions; the most famous the Grand Hotel. There's all kinds of fudge shops. One of these days, I'll have to take a drive to Atlantic Station and check out their Kilwins.
