I haven't read it but initial reaction on twitter is that it is largely a dud.

This report should scare the crap out of everyone. If they are this "sloppy" or vindictive, you choose, when they know they should be dotting i's and crossing t's, just think what they will do to you in a secret court. End FISA now.

What pisses me off is that the press is flat out lying about this, just because it's Trump. Maybe they don't get it that the FISA court is used most often to obtain warrants on black drug dealers. I'm sure none of those guys were ever set up. FISA is a third world system.
