...we should be doing the next phase of our upgrade which will give us newer software and some added features.

One of the new features will give each of you the ability to change themes. The default them will be the one we're using now, but there will be a couple of others in-case you have trouble with the dark look.

There will also be some enhanced news feeds.

And soon afterward, we will be installing Tap-a-Talk which will enhance access from smart phones.

Our resident geek, Rolltidega, has been hard at it, testing the new stuff before we make the change. Give the boy an e-hug when you get a chance.

Real men can wear pink because they're not threatened by such a silly thing. And we're not even talking about WEARING it. Just having an optional background. (Which I wouldn't choose, btw...I like the dark background of the current board.)

Real men can wear pink because they're not threatened by such a silly thing. And we're not even talking about WEARING it. Just having an optional background. (Which I wouldn't choose, btw...I like the dark background of the current board.)

I wore a pink shirt Sunday.

But a pink background on a message board that men also use is just wrong!!
 
If choosing a background was simple, I would def make than an option, but it is actually painful even to have more than one theme. Takes a lot of tweaking and time to get them to work the way we want. You change one thing, it messes up another. Very annoying.

Ooh...you get kudos for being enlightened! I'm not saying change the whole board. I was just trying to support SD. I'm very proud of you for wearing a pink shirt. Credit where credit's due...

In all seriousness, I really do like this current background. I don't plan on changing if we have otehr options. I even changed my pcom background to be similar to it because it's so clean-looking and easy on the eyes.
 
Yes there will be 2 more themes you can choose from. Those are the ones I have tested and tweaked. None can have a pink background though. ;D

Plus, the theme you see now will remain the default.
