Joint Called Meeting

All of the inbred clans are meeting together at 9am on April 22nd. I doubt that they are planing this summers picnic, ergo this does not sound good!
 
I wonder if they're one of the several municipalities considering forming a new city, sorta like John's Creek did a few years ago.
 
Anyone's guess as to what this is all about? Maybe the county is about to "invest" some of our money in a get rich scheme like another movie studio or even an airport contract or maybe the governor will come and play some golf with them...any guesses?
