Jose Ibarra found guilty of murder in trial over death of Laken Riley

He should be executed.

My take, put him in a cell with the knowledge that the execution can take place on any day, at any time.

He can be taken out of his cell, the yard, the lunch line, at any time and walked down the hall to the site of execution.

He didn't provide Laken with a definitive timeline on her death, why should he have one?

The dems are using our open borders to destroy our country.

The terrible people, who are not vetted, know they can come to this country and do what ever they want.

The dems know this. The elites know this.

We must close our boarder to be a sovereign nation.

Trump was correct...

Years after being heavily criticized for referring to migrants as "rapists," ...

Trump told Fox Business' Stuart Varney on Monday that "criminals," including "rapists and murderers and drug dealers" are taking advantage of the "totally open" border.

An illegal alien Tren de Aragua gang member has been convicted on all counts for murdering 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley in Athens, Georgia in February of this year. The felon had been released from the southern border into the United States by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’s administration and given a work permit.

Ibarra crossed the U.S.-Mexico border near El Paso, Texas on Sept. 8, 2022. Biden and Harris’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released Ibarra into the U.S. interior with parole, citing a lack of available detention space even as more than 8,000 detention beds were available at the time.

That month, Ibarra ended up in the sanctuary city of New York City, New York where he requested a “humanitarian flight” to Georgia.

In November 2023, just a couple of months before Riley’s murder, Ibarra applied for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

On December 9, 2023, Ibarra’s work permit application was approved.

In July 2023, before securing a work permit, Ibarra reported to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in New York City for a biometric appointment where he was fingerprinted. The results of those fingerprints show Ibarra had a prior criminal history.

On September 14, 2023, Ibarra was arrested for acting in a manner that could injure a child.
Despite the charge, Ibarra was not prosecuted, and
the arrest was expunged.

Don't forget that there are thousands of rapists and murderers born and raised in this country as well.

Yeah, But They're OUR Rapists and Murderers !

And, we have more date rapists than the illegal border crossing variety.

And... you gotta admit, Date Rapists need to be far, far more charming than Regular Rapists, amiright?

( It sounded like you wanted a stupid argument.... I'm here to serve. )

I just watched body-cam video taken from a police officer showing Laken's mom arriving at the crime scene and hearing the news of her daughter's attack.

I wish that I hadn't watched it and I also read that it invoked quite a reaction when shown during the court case.

How anyone could watch this, especially as a parent, and not support the killer's execution is beyond me.

You are ridiculous... go fight with a fence post.
The one ridiculous here is YOU! What I said was true. Every 98 seconds someone is sexually assaulted in this country. My point is not all of those are being committed by illegal immigrants. It's it much worse for a woman to be raped by an illegal than someone born and raised in this country? That seems to be the impression many have.

Boss, what you wrote earlier is accurate. However, this thread is specifically about an illegal alien, not about U.S. citizens. Nobody has said or even hinted that all sexual assaults are being committed by illegal aliens.

Is it worse for someone to be raped by an illegal than someone born and raised in this country? I'd submit that yes, it is worse because had our government not allowed the illegal to enter the country, this crime would not have happened.

I'll be honest with you. I agree with a lot of your posts and comments, especially about Trump's negatives. However, your post yesterday led me to put you on ignore because it, like many of your other recent posts, came across to me as nothing more than an attempt to hijack this thread and start an argument.

That's not what I was doing. To hear Trump speak, the majority of the rapes and other violent crime taking place in this country is done by illegals and that all illegals here were released from prisons and mental hospitals in the countries they came from. Neither of those are true.

You said the the rape of Laken Riley by an illegal was worse than being raped and killed by an American because the illegal shouldn't have been here in the first place. I doubt the family of any woman who was raped and killed by an American would agree with you. I'm glad the illegal who committed this crime was found guilty and I think all illegals should be deported. However the fact remains that rape is rape and murder is murdrer regardless of where the perp is from.

When did he say that? Ima need specific links for this.

No one thinks illegals are responsible for all the rapes and murders. But they absolutely added to the problem, and they shouldn't be here anyway. The reason The Democrats brought them is is to try and reshape the political landscape in the Dem's favor. Had Kamala won, she would have attempted to use the political asylum loopholes to give them citizenship so they could vote. to That's reason enough to send them back.

Coming from the industry I was in, I got to know a whole lot of immigrants, some were likely illegal. And frankly, a lot of them were good people who were just here to work and build a good life. But many of them are bad apples, just as Trump said. And there have been a lot more coming across the border too, including some terrorists. Good chance some are already here and staged for something in the future.

You came across as being defensive of illegals, including the rapists and murders. And that's probably because the issue is tied to Trump. So yeah, your bias is showing.

Watch the video at the top of this page and tell me if you stand by your statement.

Or read this page.

Nobles and Dunn told committee members that Biden administration policies were directly responsible for the deaths of their daughters.

These family members are directly blaming border policies for the deaths of their daughters. Gee, I wonder why they would do that instead of just saying "some random man killed my daughter".
