It's supposed to snow here tonight in Afghanistan. It's colder than heck out there.

I'm sure he was referring to the extreme north GA area but folks will hear "snow" and panic.

We'll see ... the rain that he said might change over is supposed to be here Sunday.

I cooked a 17 lb turkey for our family of 4 yesterday for lunch. Then cooked a ton and took it to my mom's. We have a lot of leftover turkey. My husband gets upset if there isn't turkey to eat for days. :laugh So, I have to cook twice on Thanksgiving. Finally, yesterday, (after doing this for several years since both my inlaws have passed away) my kids said why are we eating the same stuff at lunch and again at Nanny and Papa's? :laugh

I guess I will go start turkey soup. I want turkey and dumplings.
