The new software will incorporate an RSS news feed that will automatically post local articles. We will be setting up a dummy member for the RSS feed to post under.

We need a name and an avatar for "him" (could be a her too). Let's have fun with it...something corny like "Neil The News Man", or "Rebecka The Reporter".
