Now, back to the outrage that the normal parents and society had against letting kids declare "what gender" they are and chose a bathroom, or locker room of their desire.

This was the whole concern. Bad male types would exploit the loophole to prey on female types... and this gave that boy a reason to be in a girls bathroom unchallenged.

I will go further and say teens are rotten decision makers at times, and it gives two horny kids the excuse to both meet in a girls bathroom unattended and have sex. The school has its hands tied challenging why a boy was in the female bathroom.

The suspect was also accused of sexually assaulting a second victim early October after he had been moved to another school in the district. The mom is trying to justifying her son's serial assaults on women as "15 year old hormones". Yes, he needs to be on a sexual registry, because having male hormones to rape females is not an excuse.

Her response shows why the kid is a train wreck:

"My son's going to be on the sexual registry and be committed to Megan's Law for the rest of his life because he had 15-year-old hormones."
 
All 15 year old boys have hormone surges. I remember being a hormone raging teenager; thought about sex 24/7 and certain body parts seemed to have a mind of it's own. Actually, that hasn't completely gone away. :whistle:

But most try to keep things under control. Our intellect is what separates us from the animals.

Well of course. They provide her son girls bathrooms when he feels like wearing his dresses that she buys him.

I'm sure the domocrat city she lives and votes in will provide money for the "chop off his willy operation" when he decides he wants to be a girl... err.... well .....aaaahhh ....on second thought, I don't think the population of females he lives around will ever be lucky enough that he chops off his willy.
