The Lawn Mower Repairman!!
Mower is approx. 11 years old, and has been well maintained every year. Mower runs great, cuts great, and has no problems. Original 12.5 HP engine was replaced with a 14.5 Briggs I/C OHV engine about 1 year ago. Good mulching blades, good battery, starts right up and runs well. 40" cutting deck with side discharge (twin blade design). Has some overspray paint on it, but very solid mechanically. Mower has been serviced yearly since purchased, and original manual is included. Dependable straight shift 5 speed transmission. Good belts, deck, spindles, etc. Really nice mower for the asking price. I serviced this mower myself, and changed out the engine, so I know it to be a very good buy!!

Tell you what....I'll let this thing go for $275. This is the BEST time to get a rebuilt mower because the season is winding down. This mower would bring me $500 easy next season. Move on it now, and save a ton of money!!
 
I so wish we could get it. I looked forward to having a rider one day, and then when we built this house....our slope is too big! So, we STILL push it! ;D

It's not the price (which is great, by the way). It's that our yard has too much of a slope to ride. It wouldn't be justifiable for the very little flat ground we have. :(
