:laugh I've had SO MUCH FUN scaring the snot out of my dogs with the little micro RC helicopter I ordered a month or two ago, I just couldn't resist getting a BIG OUTDOOR Heli :eek: I went to pick it up at the post office this morning and it is GARGANTUAN next the first one. An easy 5 times larger.

I plugged it up to charge and set it in the middle of the man cave. When I powered it up I thought I was in the middle of a NADER! :eek: I'm gonna have to wait for nice weather, 'cause there's no way of flying that thing around in the house. Mrs. Reacher would KILL ME after crashing it into her lamps or accidently cutting the head off of one of her doggies! :Stick

This has to be a Chinese kid holding it...TOO FUNNY! I'll have it with me at the Guard Dad cook out and Skinny Dip party in May. You folks may want to keep vital areas under the water when I buzz the pool :laugh

My minister of music has a couple of those things. Seriously cool!

Only problem if I get one, I'll have to soup it up. Maybe a motor from a DeWalt 18 volt circular saw or a weed eater.

Now you're talkin' ! :DN I'm sure that these are far less expensive than the professional ones. It was good that I ordered the micro heli first, because those things are not as easy to fly as a person may think. I got my private pilots license at 16 years old and thought I would have an easy time of it, but I gave myself too much credit. At least if you are flying something from the INSIDE, you are oriented to its direction. When you start flying something around while NOT being oriented to its direction of travel, its a REAL challenge. :eek:

see..here yall go again throwing me under a bus when Im not around. Ok my peeps...who's gonna help me come up with a plan to get GD and JR at the May gathering? 'we gotta come up with a good plan to get them good! :whistle ..thinking :whistle
 
Ya'll need to stay on topic here. We're supposed to be discussing remote control helicopters.
