Only 5 More Days!!!

Today, I have to pick up my clean laundry. Tonight, I pack as I fly up to Bagram tomorrow to spend a few days there. Thursday afternoon, I'm on my way home for leave. I am excited as heck. I can't wait to get home.
 
The laundry service wasn't open today as it was some kind of Afghan holiday. These people have more holidays than we do. Good thing I have enough clean clothes to get me home. I have to do some clothes shopping when I get home as the stuff I have at the house will be too big now.

I'll be arriving Friday at 0545 and then going to the mall that afternoon. The doc here gave me enough Ambien for my trip home and the return trip. I'll be taking one about 9 hours before I land in Atlanta. Hopefully, that will help me with the time adjustment. It's going to be great being home for a couple of weeks.

I'll be seeing some of you this Saturday night!!! I've been working on some songs.

I will be out of town on Saturday Fox and I hate that we will miss seeing you. I hope you have a safe trip and that you thoroughly enjoy every second at home. Take care and be safe!
