Post Your Predictions

Last night, I watched a few minutes of a rally Harris was speaking at in Pittsburg. It was another one of those where people attended in their cars. When people honked their horns supporting something she said; it didn't sound like more than a few. Whenever those standing outside their cars cheered, it didn't sound like many at all. Each and every time the few horns sounded and the few people cheered, she smiled. Most likely her handlers told her to act as if there were thousands of people in attendance. At the conclusion of her speech, there wasn't much excitement at all and she was off the stage in less than 30 seconds. She was probably pissed people didn't turn out for her.

My prediction:

Scenario 1 - Trump Win: Get up and go to work tomorrow morning to support my family, help my neighbor, enjoy an occasional night out with the
Queen, go to church Sunday, pay taxes, and post my gripes on the Hwy.

Scenario 2 - Biden Win: Get up and go to work tomorrow morning to support my family, help my neighbor, enjoy an occasional night out with the
Queen, go to church Sunday, pay taxes, and post my gripes on the Hwy.

USA, USA, USA!!!

I predict that if Trump is not holding the lead and it looks likely Biden will win by the time the stock market opens tomorrow; we will see the market plunge badly.

Biden in PA this morning holding an election rally. He really knows how to draw a crowd doesn't he?

Send him to Texas,,, he'll get a crowd!!!

Cartoonist and conservative Scott Adams posted:

I’m walking in my neighborhood (blue California) and have spotted exactly one Biden sign and zero Trump signs. But there sure are a lot of American flags I didn’t see last week.

I'd love to think it's all true but I'll refrain from early celebrations. I just can't help but think they'll be some funny business in key states which will throw the election. I hope i'm wrong.

You didn't write pay taxes big enough in scenario 2.

Well I suspect we will all be paying more taxes no matter what since the Trump tax cuts expire soon and there is no way in hades that the libs will support an extension

good read / thanks for posting

I'm now more concerned with local AZ politics

There was a blue, leftist sweep here.... Senate, Congress, POTUS, Mayors, Sheriff, Tax Increases, County Commissioners ...... everything.

Begs the question: "Why?"

My lefty brother-in-law mad the point that the presidential election comes down to rural vs. urban.

Look at states like Ohio, PA, Georgia. There's a little town, borough or village every couple of miles.

Contrast that to place like Nevada & Arizona.

There are two cities in Nevada, Las Vegas & Reno and then a lot of dirt in-between without a soul to be seen.

The same is true in Arizona. There's Phoenix & Tucson..... and then a handful of smaller places like Flagstaff (college town / liberal) and Yuma (USMC base)..... then a lot of open desert between them. No rural people = no rural (red) votes.

And all the Kalifornians like my 2 married cousins who moved to retire in Reno/Sparks Nevada area for instance... of course one cousin who worked at ASU now with University of Nevada, Reno with her liberal professor husband who is from Chicago, moved from your state and took their highly liberal twist with them to Nevada.

I am amazed at the people (like my cousins) who leave from Kalifornia because they can live better in ... Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho... then they vote the same shit into the new state that sunk Kalifornia, and has made it impossible for businesses.

There's also the folks who are leftist & happen to work for companies leaving California for places like NV, AZ & CA.

They follow their job and drag their politics with them.

AZ just passed a new tax bill on the wealthy and small business ( not corporations, small business ).

If you make $250,000.00 as an individual or $500,000.00 as a couple, or operate a small business with that kind of revenue, you are now hit with an additional 4% tax. This is in addition to the current 4% tax. So, what does a small business do to recover from such a financial blow? Increase prices and cut staff, that's what.

Also, if I have a small business in California and I'm getting crushed with taxes and regulations.... why would I now move to Arizona? I would just keep heading to Texas. Right?

It's infuriating that the left has capitalized on class envy and class warfare. It seems to be an easy sell.

I'm slowly losing confidence in my fellow citizen.
Conservatives need to take back the education system from the progressives/unions.

Now I see why my father moved me from an elementary school that was a progressive school in Northern California when I was in the 4th grade. It sucked to leave my friends, but now I see why he did it.

That same year he moved us from Northern California to Southern California where it was conservative, where my parents were from. The Northern California town we had lived in did a zero growth policy, among other progressive changes, and he said that would kill the economy and make housing unaffordable.

Crazy that it took 45 years to change the schools all over the country to resemble what my father removed me from.

My dad became a follower of Ayn Rand in the early 60's when he worked in New York. Some of Rand's theories are uncomfortable to me. I feel that she, like my father, was a sad and lonely person based on her rejection of God, and some of the other harsh ways she related to people.

The more our country goes socialists, I see why my father held the views he had and why he was passionate about teaching my brother and I those ideals.

Maybe I would be better off believing free chit was gonna make us all happy and equal ... like all the snowflakes believe. Instead I watch our liberty as a nation be given over to evil political hacks and understand the gravity and consequences.

The only way our nation will now change to embrace liberty is through the education of future generations. Society must take the curriculum away from the progressive socialist agenda and return it to fact based teaching.

The ship has sunk.
