Salute America 2012 Air Show - Paulding

Gates open at 9:00 am on Saturday, October 20th, 2012

Air Show acts and performances begin at 10:00 am and last until 3:30 pm

Vendors will be on site selling food, beverages, and souvenirs. There will be exhibits for the kids, chances to talk to the pilots, tour aircraft, various fly bys and games.


Early bird tickets - $8.00 - $12.00

The day of the event, tickets will be sold at the gate.

Adult pass – $15.00

Children ages 6 to 12 – $10.00

Seniors (age 60+) – $10.00 (with a valid driver’s license, social security card or other form of proof of age.)

Armed Forces Members, Police and Firefighters – $10.00 (with a military ID or professional ID)
The show must go on – rain or shine. No refunds. In the event of bad or inclement weather the show may be rescheduled at the discretion of the committee.

I have it in my phone, and I was really looking forward to going. My son would love it! But my yearly family reunion in Pine Mountain is that day, so we'll miss it this year.

I hate he has to miss it! I am sure he will enjoy the reunion. My son loves air shows and he decided he does want to go to this one. (I wasn't sure, it is his birthday.) Hopefully he will take some pictures and I will post them.

No, I only live about 3 miles from the airport. We're doing a meteor shower party later that evening, so I'll just hang around the house.

We are trying to give them to our employees but there does not seem to be much interest. If we have any left on Friday, I am going to give them away first come first serve.

Soooo, um, yeah...we're probably NOT going to the air show after all. I put 40.00 on my ppd card last night to purchase tix ahead of time. We went on the website to purchase the tix, which said there was an error and they couldn't process it. I looked up my balance, the money was still there. Back and forth phone calls all day long...still no resolution. AmEx says the airport got the money, the airport says they don't have it and never processed the order. We're out 40.00. Oh well...
