Ok, that's a little more like it for an XL.Paying $70K for a truck just sounds crazy but it is very easy to get one priced that high.
Not sure why but this dealer puts a 1 in front of the MSRP for vehicles that are ordered so the sticker price is actually $40,160.
My RAM was over 60, and I'm still wincing over it.Paying $70K for a truck just sounds crazy but it is very easy to get one priced that high.

I'd be surprised, but we paid right at $50K for a middle grade Highlander. So 60K for good truck doesn't surprise me. (or even for a RAM)My RAM was over 60, and I'm still wincing over it.

The most I've ever paid for a vehicle was $38K (before taxes, etc.) for a used Lincoln Continental. I just can't mentally bring myself to pay over $40K for a vehicle even though all vehicles are getting much more expensive now.
The last house my father bought cost $17,500 in 1973. He paid more than that quite a few times for new cars. With you there. My first home was a single wide mobile home that we paid just over 15K for. I had a problem for a long time paying more for a vehicle than we did for our first home.

Wow what a bargain cptlo is paying in US dollars so 60k pesos was a good deal even back then.
