We just need to get out of the middle east and keep them out of our country. This will be happening here before long.

The Kurds fighting off ISIS too or just all Muslims?

God bless the Kurds...they are one tough group of folks. This ISIL/S group is just evil.

You are correct. The Kurds were slaughtered by Saddam after the first gulf war too. They have been ruthlessly attacked for years.

It appears that we are just going to sit back and watch this happen :

Headless Bodies Litter the Streets Of Kobane

That's just pathetic. Currently there are only an estimated 31k total ISIS fighters so let's be liberal and say almost 50k just to be on the high side. Mind you that isn't 50k highly trained and equipped, it's less than 50k fighters mostly with only small arms. You mean to tell me the world can't stop them? I don't buy it...there's more to it than meets the eye. There were more than 200,000 people in Kobane before they fled, granted most of them were probably women, children, and the elderly. My point is that if they knew they were going to die anyway at least take one out with them. Draw them in close and take out as many as you can on the way out. And that's not even taking into consideration the Turkish forces sitting on the sidelines watching (literally). By the way, where is the UN in all this. I thought they were suppose to be answer to all the world's problems.

Between war creep and the effect of the media and the left defending radical islam; I think much of the world just doesn't care anymore. It's really very sad.

Even worse...the legacy of this will be that we have an even bigger mess to clean up when they come to our turf. And they are coming.

The Iraqi army has 271,000 troops, 528,500 reservists, plus armed police. The Iraqi military also has tanks, high tech surveillance and communication, airplanes, artillery, and helicopters. We trained them at the cost of billions of dollars. ISIS is 35,000 untrained militia men with Toyota pickups and whatever they can steal from a fleeing Iraqi military. So why is this our fight STILL?
