Yeah, I'm not surprised though. It is the highest rated show on A&E so I'm hopeful they will bring it back soon.

I chatted with a friend today. We're both average middle-class guys, with families, who are pretty tired of the whole 'woke' thing and being accused of being racist simply because of the color of our skin (no irony there). We're both simply fed-up with all of this leftist rioting and stupidity.
Plus, the whole BLM movement is everywhere; just stop pandering, okay?
The thought is, if the economy rebounds (and it looks like it might) there will be a ton of just average Americans who are very pissed-off and will vote for Trump.

I sort of think the same.
If I hear one more "woke" person say:
The rioting didn't hurt any business, they are insured
even if people are killed in the protests that turn to riots, it will be worth it for social justice
the only way to get justice is to make everyone afraid

I'm sure they have never read an insurance policy because they have never owned anything, but you insurance specifically excludes "riot and insurrection". Of course this is beyond the obvious that somebody still has to pay even if property was insured.I sort of think the same.

I've very concerned with cargo theft of our shipments as I'm fairly sure insurance will not cover cargo loss if the loss can be attributed to any riot or protest. We've already had one driver stopped by protesters, he was able to leave safely but they told LE that they heard screaming coming from his trailer so he was pulled over, searched, and detained for a while for absolutely no reason. Luckily he delivered on schedule and without any loss or damages.

A long time ago in a Galaxy far away I was an OO for North American. We were told to drop cargo at the nearest agent if there was any unrest and the receivers could pick it up there or wait until we could deliver. It was apparently in the contract the shippers signed. I don't know if y'all have anything like that now since rioting isn't as usual as it was back then.

Nope...not coming back. LivePD was cancelled for good unless some other channel picks it up. So much for needing A&E channel.
A+E is a collection of networks (A&E®, HISTORY®, Lifetime®, LMN™, FYI,™, Vice TV and BIOGRAPHY®). They all stopped their programming the other day for 8 mins and however many seconds in response to how long Floyd was held to the ground as well. I've never been a big fan of boycots but it seems to me this is a good reason to not watch any of these channels. Heck I don't even turn on the news any more as I am just tired of hearing the same old thing. I am also tired of the commercials about staying at home, its good for the country. Shut the hell up, it's not good for the country. We gotta get out there, get back to work, buy stuff, support the businesses. We are being conditioned by all the commercials, news stories, etc and a lot of people are falling for it. I sometimes wish I had the money to get far away from everything, build off the grid and just live my life. But I have to have Internet as I would not be able to work without it. Maybe we should all pitch in and buy a small island for all the Hwy members and we all move there.
Here's an idea, let's make our own island. Let's start at GD's house since he has a pool and just dig around it until we have our own Hwy island. Then we can put up signs stating that it's a Free Zone and one saying Stay Off Our Lawn.
