But they won't. There's more evidence on Biden and Obama even now, but the justice system won't lay a finger on them.

It's a terribly one-sided mess.

These prosecutors are nothing more than the Cheka.

The Cheka was the Bolshevik security force or secret police. It was formed by Vladimir Lenin in a December 1917 decree and charged with identifying and dealing with potential counter-revolutionaries.

The Cheka:
1. Initially very small with just a couple of hundred agents, the Cheka grew rapidly during the turmoil and growing opposition of 1918. Within two years it had more than 100,000 employees.

2. Cheka agents operated on their own accord, carrying out arrests, detention and executions. The Cheka was not accountable to judges or courts and there was no legal oversight of its operations.

3. The Cheka routinely used extra-legal violence and torture. This was sometimes done publicly, in order to provide a deterrent to those who might oppose the regime.


Who cares about any of what the left is trying to say is a crime by Trump?

We all know the Clintons and Bidens are the true crime families.

We know that the three letter agencies who have been co-opted are acting just like the Cheka by the DNC Dem liberal/Marxists/communists party.

They have been used to hide and destroy actual evidence that shows true treason and illegal activities over decades for the Bidens, Clintons, and other liberal politicians. I am sure all the info that was scrubbed about 0BaMa was also done by those agencies. The Clinton files were purged once Biden came into office. Hillary will never be prosecuted... irony that blood is in the water for Trump... over what? Compared to Biden or the Clintons?

Big whoop if Trump had documents. Biden and I understand most Presidents do take some to have as a "look what part of history I played" trophy.

I am pretty sure where there is smoke there is fire but it does reek of partisanship by the DOJ. How will this effect his run for POTUS? Will it effect it at all? There is no doubt in my mind the die hard Trumpers will rally around him. What about the independents and people like me who only vote for him because the other candidate is a much worse option. Trumpers cannot elect him on their own they need the independents. If he becomes a liability will his massive ego allow him to step down? I don't think it is in him to admit he made a mistake and step aside. If he really wants to MAGA maybe he should be the king maker and not the king.

I get it, and I do understand the logic there.

My issue is why would the DOJ push to unsuccessfully “indict” DJT so many times? Why are those “with power” so fixated on taking him down? It’s not just because of his mouth or his “unpresidential” characteristics, it goes much deeper. Just the fact that he continues to fight back successfully so far and publicly reveal how corrupt our goobermint is gets my vote. He basically worked for free for four years and has yet to turn his back on his country even after the scrutiny he has received.

As I stated before, eventually they’ll get him. He will either be deemed ineligible to run again or he’ll be too tied up with legal issues his campaign will fizzle. That should scare everyone of us.

It will be interesting to watch how it unfolds.
 
I wonder what BS the Assistant US Attorney assigned to prosecute this gave the grand jury. There are no laws on how classified material is to be declassified by the POTUS. They told news reporters who addressed this issue a while back that a precedent had been set when one president wrote memorandums to inform the agencies that created the documents that they were now declassified. What's funny is they never gave the name of the president who did it that way. Out of all the presidents we have had, one writes declassification memos; everyone else did something different than that. If it's true what they said about that president, how many after him didn't do it that way? Then it wasn't a precedent.

it's just awful that the mainstream media won't have a single second to mention the Biden Crime family with all of this Trump horrible, horrible, criminal, malfeasance taking up all of their precious air-time.
 
Nothing will happen to Biden as long as he is POTUS. That is one of the reasons it is so important for a Republican to beat him in 2024. Personally, I think the main reason Trump decided to run again is in an attempt to avoid getting indicted. That hasn't worked out so far except that he can now claim election interference.

Trump really needs to bow out of the primaries and focus on handling these current and possible future indictments. Endorse someone and become the kingmaker instead of trying to be the king again.
