Trump vs Kemp

As you guys surely know, Trump has been bashing Kemp for his inaction over the election.

Kemp's defense is that according to him, Georgia law is clear on this, and the only way the General Assembly can intervene is if the election is not held by the proposed date. He says Trump's only chance of overturning the election is by judicial means.

Does anyone know who's correct on this? I'm trying to be careful about jumping to conclusions in this.

I don't know the correct answer either. I can only hope all LEGAL options are used so when the final outcome is announced everyone can "accept" it for what it is. Who am I kidding!!! If Trump pulls out another miracle we all know cities will burn (and maybe that's why there's such a push by the dems to remain locked down). If Biden is the ultimate winner I hope the Republicans can be better and learn to live with the outcome regardless of whether or not we're happy about it.

Hold the line for a few more weeks people.

It pains me to say we (Republicans) should learn to live with it when it's obvious widespread fraud, corruption, and treason occurred.

But for it to happen in states where the GOP controls the legislature is ridiculous.

Those GOP controlled states have GOT to tighten up the absentee voting to ensure no cheating.

That said, the power of absentee voting to get the lazy to vote is now out of the bottle. Vote buying is going to be real thing now as Liberals attempt to get everyone to vote for their candidates.

Raffy is the one I really take issue with. I think he ran a very sloppy election, particularly with not having enough checks and balances on main-in ballots.

I can only take Kemp at his word I am no scholar on state election laws. If he is correct then two wrongs don't make a right. On the other hand if he has the ability to intervene/investigate then he by all means should in what appears to be no better than a third world faux election. As for DJT a leopard cannot change his spots. Turning on anyone who does not agree 100% with him is and has been his m.o. from day one.

Well stated!

He claims the poll watchers decided to leave. He said those in charge at State Farm Arena never said the counting was stopping for the night on the 3rd. That's BS, because I remember it being reported on local news they were shutting down the count because there was a water line leak, but the leak was nowhere near where the ballots were kept.

I heard the same thing on the news, and immediately thought. "Ah, they need to print more ballots!". That whole outfit in Fulton, Dekalb and Clayton counties are being run by the democrats that emulate the mob,,, they do any dang thing they want, and the government backs their play. worse yet, those three are teaching neighboring counties how to be good democrats.
