Truth Social parent company Trump Media & Technology Group to become publicly traded company

Please don't get suckered into buying Truth Social (ticker DJT on NASDAQ). Stick with something tried and true. Boring and slow money is better than get rich quick. Stick with Energy, Financials, or even index funds.

By the way, The Donald has plenty of money, don't feel sorry for him and make a donation. Just don't. Same goes for the old fossil Biden. Don't donate. just don't.

I'm not enough of a market guru to know whether the value is legit or not.

But as a businessman and conservative, I want it to do well. I'm also very much in favor of competition in social media. It seems Twitter has gotten better, but Facebook is still far too influential in politics, not to mention it really sucks these days.

I'm on Truth, but rarely look in. Frankly, I've never been big on that format (Twitter/X included). Same with Parler before it was taken down.
 
I'm seriously eyeballing it but haven't got any yet. I considering a quick Call option but got a notification warning that the order may not fill or may be delayed so I deleted it. It's definitely on my watch list though just out of curiosity.
 
Ir’s a great story and I’m sure it ticks a lot of people off knowing that whatever he touches seems to exceed expectation. It will change in time, once the “newnest” wears off.

Yeah, I think I'll leave that one alone. I am playing in the market now, but I feel like the risk is just too high with this one.
