What the media is saying...

I don't trust Mueller leading an investigation regarding Clinton's collusion in the uranium deal. Here's an interesting aspect about Mueller indictments. The charges stand a very good chance of being dismissed because as a special prosecutor, he was only supposed to investigate any collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians regarding the election. That too is very suspect because their are no laws prohibiting campaign officials from discussing the campaign with foreigners even if it is to receive dirt on the other candidates. I did read though it is illegal to make payment to foreigners for anything to do with a US election campaign.
It is also illegal to accept "anything of value" from a foreigner. SCOTUS has previously ruled that information on a political opponent has value. The big hurdle is to prove that something of value was literally accepted or solicited, because to date no such "valuable information" has come to light and it appears so far that the Russians approached the Trump campaign staff. Splitting hairs I know, but that is how these cases are sometimes decided. The elephant in the room is that the Russians claim to have Hillary's e-mails, and that Hillary's campaign knowingly solicited the Russians by paying for the information on the Trump Campaign. Did nobody notice that they did exactly what they accuse Trump of doing just to get the information? Hello, is this thing on?

I noticed that as well. I am really disappointed they aren't going after Hillary for using her private email server to transmit and receive classified information. If that was any member of the military, they would face criminal charges. Just because she was Secretary of State does not make her immune to the law. It's also apparent there is more than enough probable cause to launch an official criminal investigation on the uranium deal as well.

Yet!!! I'll wait.

Don't expect Mueller to investigate it because that's not his role as special prosecutor. His role is strictly to investigate whether or not there was any collusion between Trump and the Russians in regards to the election.
