What time do you plan on getting up on Christmas Morn?

We got up around 7:30 (4yo nephew was here). And then I took a big ol' 2-hour nap after lunch. Naps are our friend. And what better day to take a nap than Christmas when it's raining? Man, I was a happy snuggled-in camper.
 
So as expected I was up at 8 ... then I had to actually wake up my kids at 9. (I don't remember ever having to be woken up on Christmas morning when I was a kid.) Had a wonderful time here at the house then off the the in-laws for the rest of the day and dinner. Wonderful day all around. I hope everyone enjoyed their day.

NG ... I hope today was a good day with your mother.
 
I woke up at 6:30...nodded back off...woke up at 8:00...nodded back off...finally got up at 10:30.

It was wonderful!

We ALWAYS have to wake our kids up on Christmas. I'm like you though, and remember never having to be woken up! BBG and I are like kids on Christmas morning....we hardly sleep that night for all the excitement, then we are up and waking up the kids around 6:30am-7am. We were then up until around 11pm because we had 15 people over here for Christmas dinner.
