They will say we all need booster shots before they can lift the re-imposed lock down. That way the American politicians can say we need to stay locked down for the 2022 elections..
That is what Kalifornia did for "social justice", until the impoverished areas where illegals lived showed a reduction in their covid numbers, they held the rest of the county hostage keeping restaurants, gyms, you name it, all but big box stores closed...'cause all those neighborhoods where the illegals lived were a hot spot of covid outbreak and that just was not fair...
