I agree, you just know there are going to be civil suits that seek money. Lots of money.
There was one parent who moved out of the city and her child was getting tutoring or some sort of additional help from Cobb County. I applaud her for getting her kid into a better system, but now are Cobb and other tax payers footing the bill for Atlanta's cheating? If these folks did this, and I believe that they did, they should spend a long time in jail. I would wager that Beverly Hall has been doing this most of her career. That's how she "gets results".
