Braves 2023

They are hands down the best team in MLB when hitting on all cylinders. They have struggled against good pitching and our staff is just average. The Braves have the offensive power and are a good defensive squad. The post season does not suffer fools the Braves cannot have a two or three game hitting slump. They cannot give up 4-5 runs early and live off of come backs every game. This post may at times sound negative but it is not I watch them almost every night and they have been my home team my whole life. Home field advantage can be huge so good job boys.
 
I guess that have short memories of Sosa. The game is about the fans, if they enjoyed it then it was perfectly acceptable to recognize history. The delay is no different that if for "challenge reviews", "televisions breakes", or when a pitcher gets a blister (humor there).
 
I went to the Braves game yesterday and sat high up in the nosebleeds. It was a good game, but c'mon. The relief pitcher Tonkin's got roughed up. He's going to have to do better in the playoff's or we're toast.

All in all, it was a great game though. I'm looking forward to the playoffs. Chop Chop.
 
The Phillies looked liked the better team last night. No doubt about it. Strider pitched good enough to win, but the Braves bats were not getting good contact. I'm hoping they'll rebound on Monday.


On the bright side, The Dodgers got seriously spanked last night by Arizona.
 
Braves left too many ducks on the pond last night. Strider gives up runs but usually their offense scores more than he gives up. He did pitch good enough to win but cost himself a run with that stupid over throw to first base. When you have a batter 0-2 with 2 outs don't get cute the runner at first means nothing. Wheeler is starting the next game and he has had the Braves number. Braves had better get to the bullpen and score or they could get way behind in the series early. Wake up boys or you may be watching on TV like we do. Go Braves.
