So it will be hit tonight.A lottery rep said last night that all possible ticket combinations had been sold.
Somebody did that a few months back with a Powerball win. They formed a trust supervised by a private corporation whose officers were the attorneys. The only contact point with either the lottery folks or the public is the lawyer.unionmom said:LLC ... Of course that paperwork is public record too but you could use attorneys to help hide you.
It really is crazy.unionmom said:Absolute madness ... lines everywhere. And you just know there are people spending money they don't have to spend on this fantasy.
I'll be shocked if the jackpot amount isn't raised again.
Thankfully the madness will be over tonight.

unionmom said:It's weird ... supposedly there was word earlier that all possible combinations had been sold yet apparently early estimates from lottery officials have already been released for what the jackpot would be in the even that nobody does win tonight. Good grief. Meanwhile $1.5B has been spent by the American public on this fantasy since the last jackpot was won. Mull that one over for a while and then imagine what would happen to that number if it does actual roll.

BTW, USA Today is reporting that a winning ticket was bought in Maryland.
I heard that last night and it made me think of the lines we saw in GA and the amount they were spending. :'( I worry about those children.lotstodo said:Mrs. LTD bought a few just for fun. I never thought of that! That would be sick. We were hoping there would be quite a few winners.unionmom said:There were 3 winning tickets and the really sad/sick thing is that you can be sure at least one of those winners at some point is upset that they have to split the money three ways.
