Not too farfetched. Or how about one being stolen being remotely sent to the police station. This could get interesting. If the crook tries to leave when the car is doing 30 MPH and gets injured, who would be responsible?

That reminds me, yesterday I had my first virtual doctor follow-up visit. To make matters worse it was with a new doctor whom I’d never met since my former doctor recently left the practice unexpectedly. Anyhooo, before the appt got started they asked if I take the necessary equipment at home to take my blood pressure and temperature. I did and after giving them the results I just couldn’t help myself. I said, “I’ll need to get a new thermometer before my next virtual visit, ya’ll make it rough on a fella who only has a rectum thermometer.” Of course I was joking (we have one that instantly takes your temp from your forehead) but they didn’t know that. I just hope it’s not posted somewhere on the internet now.
