As soon as my model stops running around my work space like a lunatic I'll start working on a multi-strand one.

I've wondered how I'd like one of those. Post yours when it's done. I wanna see!!!

:cheer1 Glad you posted it here. I think there are many of us interested in these ideas we are finding!

Sorry it took me so long to post more. I was dealing with "technical difficulties" ...

I finally got her distracted long enough ...

And I was able to get all of my strands cut and rolled ...

And then she started to move in again ...

Wow, do I ever need to vacuum.

She is adorable, but whoa she is big! One of my bf has a German Shepard and he smells my little doggy on me and has literally knocked me over before! ha ha (He doesn't mean it and is wonderful, he just out weighs me and is definitely a lot stronger!)

Several years ago, my elderly next-door neighbors' grandson left his grown black German Shepherd with them while he was in boot camp. I'd never been around one, but I'm such a dog lover that I offered to walk him every day so they wouldn't have to. (Neither was in good health.) He is the SMARTEST DOG!!! And if he ever got a whiff of somewhere he wanted to check out, it was ALL I could do to hold him back! Oh, he's such a wonderful dog. He returned to his human after he finished basic and OCS, and now lives in Kentucky. But I was ruined for any other dog by him. I've never wanted a purebred dog, but dang...if I ever got another dog, I think it'd have to be a GS.

She's definitely not tiny. And she's still such a baby ... only 13 weeks old, today. And she is strong!

My first GSDs were mother and son. (I was right there when he was born. :love ) They both lived to just over 15 years. The next one I had after that got terribly sick and died at 4. I've been GSD free for a couple of years and I am soooooo loving having one around again.
