Russia & Ukraine...the drums of war are getting louder

US Marine veteran killed in Ukraine, officials say

Have you noticed Col. Vindman, who tried to get Trump impeached, still hasn't volunteered to lead the Ukrainian Army? He's all in for Ukraine as long as it's someone else's son sent to the battle rather than him.

I've heard of reports disputing those numbers as being highly inflated and also that the kill ratio is likely 1:6 in favor of Russia. We won't know the truth for many years but I think within the next 6 months we'll see indicators of how this "war" will end.

These companies hire retired generals for their contacts within DoD. This is nothing new. It goes back to the end of WWII. You used to see a lot of retired generals serve as military experts with cable news programs. Now it's mostly retired lieutenant colonels and colonels. I guess the generals outpriced themselves.

James Comey (former FBI director) had previously worked as General Counsel and Senior VP of Lockheed Martin. There's a lot of politics when it comes to military spending. There's always plenty of money flowing to defense contractors. With that being said, the longer this war drags on, the more money the defense industry makes. I look for more global instability with the uprisings in Sudan, the China/Taiwan tensions, the Russia/Ukraine conflicts and the list could go on for a while.

Maybe it's time to buy stock in Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrup Grumman, General Dynamics & L3Harris Technologies. If you buy the stocks that governors and senators buy, odds are you'll make more than just buying the S & P 500 Index...

Oh, it wouldn't surprise me if it were true. Of course not that Ukraine could pull something like that off without the assistance of the U.S, UK, or Israel.

If the West were "waging a real war'' against Putin, there wouldn't be much left standing in Moscow.

They won't be able to make coffee, but they will do an amazing job of imitating famous composers. I heard that one of them said "I'll be Bach".
