A forth shot for a variant from 3 (or 4) mutations ago. The Stupidity, It BURNS!!

We see is the drug companies saying they could make a vax for the new variants in 2 months, but the government won't pay for that, they will only pay for the vax for the original variant that doesn't work now, over and over again. That tells me there that this is political, not science.
 
1.59 today. The Omicron appears to be peaking more quickly than they thought it would.

The tracking site is supposed to make some changes tomorrow to be more Omicron specific. I don't know how that will affect the Rt numbers.

As of early this afternoon, 20 of the 30 people have gotten tested and 5 (25%) are positive. Not sure of sickness level except for one guy that works in my dept....no symptoms and he feels perfectly fine. Might be a false positive since these rapid tests really aren't that great.
 
Moms assisted living did tests after Christmas since so many went out and had 3 positives. None had symptoms. Not sure what tests they took.

Grocery Son had a lot of symptoms, but the covid test came back negative, so he kept on working. Felt better a couple of days later, but cough is hanging on like mine do after a cold.

See...stuff like this doesn't come from just nowhere, it started because someone had real results from using it. Yet politics is keeping us from using it to save people's lives here.

But is does not make money for the Pfizers of the world because it is pennies to purchase.

This is what makes me a cynic of government and the career politicians... look at how much this has rewarded those who have their investments in all the vaccine companies, the media, and big tech who protects anything said against the vaccine and talk of Ivermectin.
